Time Warner

As everyone knew AOL has been losing subscriber base very fast. Its total debt is 22.09 billion and Total cash at hand only 7.93 billion. "Batman Begins" is one good reason to currently buy this share. I heard that the movie opened in a good note and is expected to be a huge summer flick. There is enought hype about this movie to keep this stock afloat.
The newly public company Warner Music (WMG:NYSE) is partly owned by Time Warner and this just got a Buy rating from a Bank of America analyst as well as praise from a Goldman Sachs group. Although analyst rating and praise is the not something to brag about, still an analyst coverage at this very period of IPO is something to look upon.

I own shares of Time Warner

Wireless messaging company USA Mobility Inc. on Friday announced several executive departures, including that of its chief operating officer, and said it would consolidate its operations in an effort to cut costs.

USA Mobility said Stan Sech, its chief operating officer, will leave the company at the end of June, and that its chief technology officer, Peter C. Barnett, will succeed him. Barnett will continue to head the company's engineering, network operations, and information technology organizations.

In addition, George Z. Moratis, senior vice president of finance and treasurer, will leave next month. Chief Financial Officer Thomas L. Schilling will assume those duties.

USA Mobility also said it will consolidate its three operating divisions of five regions each into two operating divisions of six regions each.

Both the management changes and consolidation reflect the ongoing integration of Arch Wireless Inc. and Metrocall Holdings Inc., whose merger formed the company last November, USA Mobility said. It also said the moves were in line with its aim of creating a low-cost operating company.

USA Mobility also said that board director William E. Redmond resigned as a director effective June 6 after he accepted the post of chief executive at another company in an unrelated industry.

Gap Inc. struggled with an 8 percent same-store sales decline, worse than the 3.3 percent Wall Street anticipated.

Abt CRYP

Online casino software developer CryptoLogic Inc. said Wednesday that its first-quarter profit rose 27 percent on continued strong Internet poker revenue.

CryptoLogic shares rose $1.93, or 5.7 percent, to $35.73 in premarket activity.

The Toronto-based company said its quarterly income grew to $4.8 million, or 34 cents per share, from $3.8 million, or 28 cents per share, a year ago. Analysts surveyed by Thomson Financial expected earnings per share of 31 cents.

Revenue rose 33 percent to $20.3 million from $15.2 million, driven by Internet poker fees that more than tripled from a year ago and accounted for more than 25 percent of total revenue. Internet casino revenue at the company's WagerLogic unit rose 6 percent from the year-ago period.

With softer Internet activity expected for the summer, the company forecast second-quarter earnings of 29 cents to 30 cents on revenue of $4.2 million to $4.4 million. Analysts estimate earnings per share at 26 cents.

Abt FORM

FormFactor, Inc. FORM today announced delivery of the first revenue probe card built in its new Livermore manufacturing facility. This delivery is a major Company milestone toward completing the transition to its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility as internal qualifications were completed successfully and customers are beginning to receive product fully manufactured in the new facility.

FormFactor has focused a dedicated team of resources to bring up its new manufacturing facility, deploying the latest fab equipment and implementing manufacturing operations best practices, making it one of the most advanced micro-electro mechanical systems (MEMS) fabrication facilities in the semiconductor industry. Once completed, the expanded manufacturing capacity and enhanced production tool set will allow FormFactor to increase the delivery potential of its wafer test products and solutions.

"The delivery of the first probe card and ramping of our new facility is a major milestone for FormFactor and our customers," said Joe Bronson, FormFactor's President. "It demonstrates execution against our plan to scale our manufacturing capability, to deliver quality products and to provide world-class customer service through world class manufacturing, and therefore enable the growth of our company."

Abt scss

Select Comfort Corp. SCSS stated in late April that strong unit growth across all channels was a primary contributor to its first quarter sales increases, particularly in its retail stores and other consumer-oriented channels such as ecommerce and retail partners. The company, which has seen earnings growth of almost 56% over the past five years, also reported earnings of 22 cents per share, beating last year's 18 cents and surprising the consensus by almost 16%.
